Acces to archive with iDeal payment

Hey,

Not so long ago I could make a payment through iDeal but now that option is gone. Is there a reason for it and will the option come back? I can only pay with iDeal, unfortunately.

I don't even know iDeal so this must have been an CCBill payment option that I wasn't aware of. You might ask their customer service about this option.

You made me curious so I searched for iDeal and learned that it a payment solution used only in the Netherlands. The iDeal logo ist still to be seen on CCBILL's website, so their might be a chance ...

Wouldn't SEPA incasso be kind of the same ... this option appears after you chose Netherlands as Land under 'Facturatie Adres'
You'd only need IBAN and BIC.

Thank you for responding. I asked CCBILL's customer service and they say that they still provide that option. If I couldn't see that payment option they said that that means that the website no longer provided support for that option. Also I tried the SEPA incasso but there I got the error that my IBAN is too short even though I put it in correctly.

Thank you for talking to them.
I am not aware to have changed this option. I knew that some kind of cheque payment was removed once on my behalf as there were many fraudsters using it but it should not have been iDeal.
Can you pm me your IBAN so I could check? You can replace some numbers by 000 if you want ...
