Not Sure What To Do With This

So I have a file that I captured in my first attempt at recording sexsounds. Its a rather long recording, 4 hours worth, and captured with an improvised recording device. The issue is that I'm not sure if I managed to capture anything sex related. The story behind the recording is that I was on vacation with several a large group of people, three couples all staying in a small 3-bedroom house. On these trips, I frequently take a lot on very late night bathroom trips in hopes of overhearing the other couples having sex and I've been lucky enough to be successful on a few occasions. The last day of the trip, I attempted to make a recording to share but the clip is low quality, with background noise from a television show they were using to cover their noises. I know that there was activity when I first overheard outside the door, but it may have been over by the time I started recording.

Long story short, I have a large audio file containing 4 hours of noise and no idea if I even got anything. My clumsy attempts at filtering haven't gotten me anything conclusive. Any suggestions on software or filtering techniques for files with background tv noise and ways to amplify whispers. Any help is appreciated, and please keep in mind I'm a complete novice.

Share the file, I will try to listen to the high frequency audio and remove the existing noise and send it to you.
