Squeaky Bed Sounds

Caught some squeaky bed sounds whilst staying at a hotel this weekend

This was at about 7:30 or so, at a resort hotel that I've been to before and caught some bed noises

Had a crappy mic with me so the sound isn't great - had to run it through several rounds of cleanup in Audacity

If you are impatient then skip to about 4, 9.5, and 13 minute marks

Maybe a few muffled moans in there too, but hard to make out - maybe do a better job laying the pipe next time, bruh! lol

Had to run this through high pass filter at 200 Hz, 24 fall-off, then high pass at 8000 Hz and 12 dB/octave fall-off, noise reduction at 8/6.0/2 I believe

Next time I will just use my phone, using the front facing camera to record video with the phone against the wall has given the best quality of all things I've tried while still keeping within the "publicly heard" rules - it just chews up a huge amount of storage. Plus if you leave your phone behind the bed frame or couch then it isn't noticed as something out of place. Even with Do Not Disturb you cannot guarantee someone from housekeeping/security won't enter your room.



EDIT: added original file - if you can get anything better out of this than me, please let us know your denoise/cleanup process. This source file was not great to start.

Post the raw file, so se can do our own denoise. This has to many artifacs, due to your processing.

Thanks for sharing, i really love squeaky beds tbh, imagining whats going on in that room is so damn hot! Sadly its not the best audio quality, but still - Thank you!
