Files came as AAC, and in the first one the right channel seems to be louder than the left one, but I didn't succeed in normalizing it, so just converted it to mp3. If anybody interested, can upload the original one.

Also if anybody interested in what they say, let me know, I'll try to decipher/translate at least some recognizable parts of it.

The third one is the best of these three for me. At some point other neighbor started drilling, but it was not very loud, and he stopped it shortly.
