Hi, i'm trying to cancel my subscription as well. I put it the right credit card, but what is my subscription ID? Is that the username I use when i access the archives. In that case, it isn't working.

Your subscription ID is sent to you in your registration confirmation email from CCBill. But you don´t need to put in your subscription ID at all ... the form says 2 out of 3 to identify: your email, your credit card, your subscription id. If you know your credit card # and your email, that´s enough.
