Help with a file I've been working with since 2018

Hello all.

New to the forums but hoping someone might be able to help me out. I have an audio file from 2018 that I've cut down to about an hour long.40mb.

Originally what had happened was I fell asleep with my phone's voice memo recording so there's like 6 hours of audio on the original file. Anyway, the next day for some wild idea I decided to just listen to it for white noise while I was working, maybe hear if the cats did something funny in the middle of the night.

Well, I can't be sure but I feel like I may have recorded something else inadvertently.... But the only people in my house that night, at least when I fell asleep, was my wife and I... Now, please note this is not an attempt to gather some evidence of infidelity to use in any way negative or positive, I'm just truly genuinely curious what it is that I picked up.

Ive been trying to clean the audio for literal years but I can't get a clear enough bit to really know for sure. Only enough to have a suspicion.. I thought why not toss it up for a guru to take a crack at for me... See if someone can at least concur that something odd was recorded.

I've only included an hour long snippet for convenience sake.
Sounds that can be disregarded:
White noise
Furnace turning on/airflow increasing periodically
Furnace cooling/vent pops every now and again.
Occasional car driving by or plane flying overhead. Fairly obvious.

The loudest noises will be movement on the bed (likely me), occasionally a snore, me scratching my face or adjusting blankets maybe, and occasional breath (me).

I'm curious what is found in the background or rather sounds that seem to be originating from outside of the same room.

Thank you for checking it out it's just been a puzzle for years and seeking some validation one way or the other.

There could be things in the entire file but I will give a jumping off point of 8 minutes in. That should tune your ears in to what to listen for.

Another time to note is 23:50. I think a door shuts and a male voice coughs.

My ears are not the youngest but still ok and I could not make out anything that I´d call interesting for sexsoundlovers ... maybe some dreaming sounds around min 8 but mostly the usual night sounds that you described, mainly coming from the furnace. Good try though
