Hello all,

I am pleased to present here my first post which should be followed by many more. I have this high hope for a good reason and I'll tell you why:

I live in an old building located in the historic centre of a touristic French town.
A few months ago, heavy renovation work began in the apartment facing mine (there are only two at each floor). Soon after, the owner of the latter comes knocking on my door to introduce himself and apologize for the inconvenience caused by these renovations. He then explains to me that he will not be living there and that he is converting this small flat into short-term rental.

After several weeks, he returns to inform me that the work is finished and asks me if I would like to visit it. I accept and there, I discover with amazement a small apartment of about 25-30 m2 which has all the characteristics... of a love room! No kitchen except for a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and a mini fridge; jacuzzi without separation in one corner and king-size canopy bed in the middle of the room also without separation. Sober decoration, subdued lighting and small sound system.

Instantly I understand that I have just won the jackpot: a love room on the same floor as me, without other neighbours, with a bed placed 2 meters from the front door of the apartment and less than 8 meters away from my own door! Later, after a lot of research, I discovered the ad on a booking site which confirmed that this room is aimed at people wanting to find "a welcoming and discreet place" (needless to say to have sex) - even with the option of day-use booking!

You will then understand my excitement. It only took a few days for me to hear the first visitors arrive... and to be able to listen with great precision to their activities: before that I had taken care to make sure that I could open my door and approach silently the love room to record interior noises with my phone.

So this is the very first recording that I was able to pick up and which, quite possibly, should be the first in a long list.

PS: I don't know what this couple looked like. I will try, in the future, to find a trick to give you this information.

Obviously I immediately thought of this possibility. It's a bit risky but not impossible. On the other hand, I have the chance to telecommute most of the week. So I should be able to follow the action without too much problem!

Haha I don't know, we'll talk about that in a few months - but I doubt I'll overdose too !
For the moment, the place is not yet too busy because it is newly available. The icing on the cake is that since it is bookable online, I know in advance what days it will be occupied! For sure I have a gold mine in front of my door!
