Well, I admit that I don't really have a theory on this. Perhaps, in fact, that a love room inside a small building does not encourage couples to be too 'loud'; unlike a hotel which seems more anonymous. Perhaps there is a paradox here indeed. We will see. Difficult to draw conclusions from only three cases.

Hello all,

Fourth recording and this one is really great for several reasons:

First of all, I was able to clearly see the couple of the day: luckily they arrived in the building when I was going to get my mail on the ground floor. It was a really good-looking couple of around 35-40 years old. Him: average height, short blond hair, rather athletic, little resemblance to Jude Law. Her: amazing brunette, really attractive with a striking resemblance to the French actress Bérénice Bejo. They both had no luggage other than a handbag. He was in a suit while she was in a skirt suit and leather boots. Smiling and flirting. It was around 4pm and I honestly think they were an illegitimate couple - they started fucking very quickly and left just 2 hours after arriving. Typical afternoon romp.

The recording was a bit tricky as it was around 5pm and there was lighting in the stairwell as well as people on the ground floor. I couldn't get as close to the door as the previous times for fear of getting caught. However I was able to get most of the action. And there, jackpot!! You will find that she is very expressive - a true French screamer - and you will hear the man cum at the end.

I tried to improve the sound by playing with noise reduction and equalizers. It seems to me that it is better than my previous posts although there is a little distortion sometimes. You'll tell me what you think about it.

Haven't listened yet and not sure if this is the original version or the one with noise reduction and equalizers. If it is the latter I appreciate the work, but would always prefer the original as well, if that's possible?

I've done a lot of testing which overall improves without improving the sound - I totally agree with you. This version is the original with just a little bit of EQ to suppress a constant hiss.

Being French myself, I had never really wondered about the expressiveness of French girls in bed. For me, it was sort of a 'chauvinistic' myth
And after discovering sites or forums like this, I was able to make the comparison. And so, yes, the French are world champions in the field

Merci ! Alors, oui, forcement il y a des discussions. Mais pour être honnête, je n'ai pas encore osé les enregistrer et je ne sais pas si je le ferai : tu auras peut être remarqué des bruits de craquement lorsque je marche : le palier est en bois (je suis dans un vieux bâtiment). Et j'ai peur que, hors de l'action, ces bruits attirent l'attention du couple. Quand j'arrive pendant l'action et que je pars juste à la fin, je réduis ce risque. J'arrive à entendre un peu les discussions en entrebâillant ma porte mais pas suffisamment pour que ce soit enregistré nettement par mon téléphone. C'est comme ça que je monte la garde et que je sors lorsque l'action commence !

But to be honest, I haven't dared to record them yet and I don't know if I will: you may have noticed some cracking noises when I walk: the landing floor is made of wood (I am in an old building) . And I'm afraid that, out of the action, these noises will catch the couple's attention. When I arrive during the action and leave right at the end, I reduce that risk. I can hear the discussions a little by opening my door, but not enough to be recorded clearly by my phone. This is how I stand guard and get out when the action starts!

To make things easier, have you thought of using a USB recorder and leaving it by the door? When an attractive neighbour moved next door, I purchased a couple and sprayed them matt black to make them less obvious. I the used to leave them recording all night and collect them early in the morning.

I do realise there would be a risk of it being discovered with couples like the recent one, who left after two hours.

I thought about it of course, but I quickly gave up on the idea. Because of the configuration of the place, it is very difficult to hide this kind of device and I really find this operation too risky, in particular by the fact that I do not control the arrival and departure times as you mentioned.

Maybe hang a false fire detector case in the hall as a holder for your USB recorder? Perhaps a magnet attached to the recorder and stick it to a light fixture with a telescoping rod? I'm just spit-balling ideas. Thanks so much for these contributions!
