Ninth recording: a good and classic one!

I think this couple spent the weekend in the love room but I only heard this session. I used the same strategy as before to see what they looked like: I waited for them to come out - often people make noise when leaving, especially if they have luggage, and since there is no elevator I have time to get dressed quickly and follow them.

Around 25 years old both. Him: average height and physique, bald. Her: brunette, slim body, sporty look with yoga pants and legs to die for, some resemblance to actress Daisy Ridley.

I have a question : What day did you record them ? You said it was the week-end, but when did they fuck ? The first day ? The second ? Friday ? Saturday.
It's exciting to know if they did it the night they arrived or the night before they left.

Thanks mate! I'm not sure what day they arrived. However, they left on Monday at the end of the morning - that's when I was able to follow them. The recording was made on Sunday night, around 11pm.

Apart from that these are some decent recordings I notice 2 things if I'm not mistaking?
1. You stay in your own room with the door shut until you hear sounds loud enough to travel from them through 2 doors to your ear?
2. You enter the corridor to record, but am I right you stay at a 'safe' distance and do not bring the recorder as close as possible to their actual door (e.g. gap under door)?

Personally I like the excitement of the build up, that first silence, the kiss and definitely those first heavy breaths or moans. You feel it is not safe to be lurking in the corridor (not with your pants down and with a big recorder in your hand or anything- but discrete as if you are on your way in/out in case they open the door to leave the apartment) and once they are naked on the bed go right up against their door?

You are right on points #1 and #2.
As I explained it previously, I can hardly get closer to the door. Indeed, the floor of the corridor is wooden and it can crack a lot. And it is obvious that if the occupants of the love room don't make too much noise, they can hear these cracks perfectly well - I can hear them from my room with my door closed as well.
This is why I always stay at a certain distance and that I record only when the couple is in action. In this way, I am sure I am safe.
I would really like to be able to record more and closer but, in this context, it is very risky.

A. Nail/screw them boards -done that as well
B. Find a loose one or help it become looser .. and use that cavity...
The first one is legitimate as the boards drive everyone nuts and affect your work.... I would say....

Unfortunately, it is calm. Too calm. Not a visit for several days with the exception... of a single woman
She arrived around 6 p.m. yesterday and spent most of the night on the phone and then watching TV. I thought someone was going to join her at some point but no. Weird.
On the other hand, the love room is very comfortable, close to everything in town and can advantageously replace any hotel room.
I will keep you informed, of course, as soon as there is any news.

Hello all,

Here is the tenth recording (and a great story about it):

As I said in a previous message, a woman arrived alone at the love room this Tuesday evening. She spent part of the evening on the phone and then watching TV without anyone joining her. And the same for Wednesday... still alone.

There, the story begins: yesterday evening (Thursday), around 6:30 pm, there was a knock on my door. A woman introduces herself as... my nextdoor neighbour! She asks me if I can lend her a corkscrew because she bought a bottle of wine and she doesn't have anything to open it. I'll get one and give it to her.

I then have a flash of genius: pretending not to know the existence of the love room and thus consider her as my new neighbour!! So I tell her that I haven't seen her in the building yet and ask when she moved in. Obviously, she tells me that she is just here temporarily and that the apartment she occupies is a short-term rental.
She then explains to me that she comes from another region of France and that she stays in my city generally three or four days in a row each month for her work - she will tell me at one point that she is a corporate lawyer. This is the first time that she has rented this apartment as she usually stays in a hotel. She tells me that she found this place online and wanted to try it because it is close to the train station and to her clients and ideally located in town for everything else - she's totally right!
She will then go open her bottle and come back to give me back my corkscrew, thank me and say goodbye.

As you can imagine, I remained very attentive to the rest of the evening because I was suspecting that the bottle of wine was not going to be consumed only by her. Jackpot! An hour later, I hear someone knocking on the love room door, my neighbour opening the door and saying hello to a man! They talked and laughed and then the long awaited moment arrived. You will find the recording below: a rather calm fuck with, at the end of the recording (after 15:30), what seems to me a deepthroat session The man will leave around 1:00 am (I did not see him, sorry). Finally, this morning, the woman left with her luggage. Guess her four day work stay was coming to an end.

I forgot! Obviously, I had plenty of time to observe her during our discussion: around 45-50 years old, a true MILF beauty. Very cheerful and sociable. Average height, shoulder length blonde hair, amazing blue eyes with smokey makeup. Seeing her, I immediately thought of actress Jodie Foster. Sporty body, small chest. She was dressed in a fitted black dress, fancy tights and white sneakers.

I now hope that her stay in the love room will have been pleasant and that she will come back for her next business trip!
