I got it. But isn't it the same for recordings in the members section, when one of the partners is unaware of being recorded?yeppie wrote: 21 Feb 2022 14:20 What I cited: the recorder was placed in their room
It should be easy to understand that this makes a big difference.

Hidden recording tools in the room aren´t ok either but at least one of the present persons knows about it and so this person is responsible for the legality of the recording.alphonse01 wrote: 21 Feb 2022 15:19I got it. I decided some years ago that I tell my partner about my hobby and let her decide if it is ok that I record and share some of our activities. I assume that in good relationships "sharing is consensual" as member Troll mentioned recently.

Just to know, for information Yeppie... are you still aware that 99% or even 100% of the recordings of the "neighbors and roommate" or "outdoor sex" sections are recorded without the consent of the people being spied on?yeppie wrote: 21 Feb 2022 16:35Hidden recording tools in the room aren´t ok either but at least one of the present persons knows about it and so this person is responsible for the legality of the recording.alphonse01 wrote: 21 Feb 2022 15:19I got it. It is only for a question of semantics that this recording has been erased, do we agree?

Megavoyeur I think the point Yeppie is trying to make is that to place a hidden recorder INSIDE the room is the illegal bit. Neighbour sex or outside sex recordings the recorders are (usually) secreted outside the room/vehicle/tent etc except for the brave/deranged who stay outside holding the recorder . Also at the end of the day it's Yeppie's site and if there's a risk to it then he's within his rights to remove files. It is a shame but them's the rules!Megavoyeur wrote: 21 Feb 2022 23:08Just to know, for information Yeppie... are you still aware that 99% or even 100% of the recordings of the "neighbors and roommate" or "outdoor sex" sections are recorded without the consent of the people being spied on?yeppie wrote: 21 Feb 2022 16:35Hidden recording tools in the room aren´t ok either but at least one of the present persons knows about it and so this person is responsible for the legality of the recording.alphonse01 wrote: 21 Feb 2022 15:19

Megavoyeur, if you rate the use of the word "in" semantics, than we agree. Otherwise pretty much what Jabberwocky said.Megavoyeur wrote: 21 Feb 2022 23:08 Just to know...

Furthermore I´m aware of a very thin line that may be crossed too often but I am trying to avoid the situation that one day we´ll have to remove all content with voyeuristic pleasures like the huge platforms had to do ... which means I am struggling with passion to keep this community alive as long and great as possible.

And by the way, reddit e.g. is much stricter for good reasons:
I can only repeat: members who whine and can´t accept this, are working to destroy this community.
My message to you: just piss off. Clear enough this time?
Not meant for any specific user this time but for those who feel addressed.
Sorry Ladygrinningsoul for overtaking your thread for this discussion. This is not against you.

My friend, I feel in no way concerned or affected by anything here, but I ask you a simple question.yeppie wrote: 22 Feb 2022 15:17 And by the way, reddit e.g. is much stricter for good reasons:

It's really out of curiosity, because I've seen quite a few times warning messages about the rules of the forum (which I totally and respectfully understand).
But it's really out of pure curiosity, and without any animosity that I asked you my question.

Thank you Megavoyeur! I didn´t see any animosity in your question and you weren´t meant and I just wanted to add, that nobody in this thread was meant by my last respond.Megavoyeur wrote: 22 Feb 2022 17:19 My friend, I feel in no way concerned or affected by anything here, but I ask you a simple question.

I think I answered your question (with the help of Jabberwocky), do you feel different?
