I think I told you before that you shall not promote the criminal use of this kind of apps here. If you decide to go on and end up in jail that is your free will but I have no plans like that for me.

Hi Yeppie . Yes I was warned before . but I thought in this specific audio there was no spying since her husband posted it not me and he Is ok about it . I thought this can pass since nothing illegal here also the app he mentioned is not a spy app or I thought it was not , its simple app found on all legal play stores . but I totally understand my mistake , but what is confusing is that spying behind the closed hotel doors is not spying and this one is considered .
Sorry for the miss understanding . lets keep enjoying our time , will not happen again , ill be more careful about this detail

Of course it is spying the wife, not by you but by the husband and the app is promoted as a spy app on mh, so. Sharing the story could bring him in severe troubles.
The forbidden part is invading the privacy of the "victims" ... by placing a recorder in their room (hidden / without their knowledge) or by installing an app on their phone and uploading the recordings secretly.
Walking around a hotel floor or sitting in the next room is not spying. If couple are loud enough they know someone can hear. It is like sharing their sounds voluntarily
