they are a young couple that live next door.. They get it on really often, usually around midnight. I'm using a good contact mic and I clean the audio up with audacity by boosting the treble. The trick is to insulate the mic from the noise in the surrounding room. I use some rockwool. Lucky for me, the walls are pretty thin and badly insulated!
