I was able to remove most of the refrigerator noise with a single notch filter.
Then ran audacity limiter to bring up the quite parts relative to the loud bumps and mic scratches.

Very nice capture, probable fellatio starting around 0:50, not much to be heard after 12:00 due to load mic noises.
