Got another edit for ya. It was difficult removing that static. I almost gave up but glad that I tried again. I split the file near the middle and then rejoined the files because my audio editor doesn't like anything over 100 minutes for some reason. The end result is much easier on the ears. You'll find the second half is even clearer than the first.

Sounds like its a bad ground if it were some kind of cabled mic to a PA or maybe recorder is picking up AC hum somehow?
