Good morning
The couple, who I've never met but heard speak with a thick Southern accent, certainly enjoyed themselves for much longer. The original recording is about 30 minutes long but there are only a few very low sounds of her interspersed with several minutes of background noise, nothing worth listening to. I propose only the last few minutes, you can hear something using headphones. Finally, she is heard urging her husband to come.
I know that the file is of bad quality, I tried to improve but I didn't get great results. This is my first contribution.

You could consider uploading the original file so others could try their hand at improving. Different tools and expertise might succeed.
Once a file is modified information is lost forever. I would suggest the entire original since reference "quite parts" can be useful.

I supplement the previous post with the original recording of the 35 minutes in which I think the couple enjoyed themselves.
I specify that it will be possible to hear people speaking in English, but the recording was made in a city in central Italy, home to a small but excellent university and cultural and artistic center of international renown.
I also specify that the registration took place inside my room and not in the common areas or corridors.
I hope someone can get a better result than mine.
