Caught my neighbors having sex, recorded through the door. Can someone clean it?

I have tried to clean it up a bit, but DeNoise was doing something strange and boosting the background noise of the first 20 seconds. I tried a number of ways to remedy that, but in the end, the simplest option was to delete the first 20 seconds after applying DeNoise. Here's the slightly shorter result if anyone wants a listen.
