Re: Parked car
Great capture! I really need to get out again and do some outdoor recordings myself.
I did a 224 kbps mp3 conversion.

Re: Parked car
It doesn't sound like a residential location to me. My guess is that it's probably located on the outskirts of a town,
at least a few hundred metres away from the nearest group of houses.
Reminds me of a place abroad where I used to sneak into for sex sounds at night. I would drive in from the other
side of the target location and park the car inside an area that was used as a 300 metre firing range by the
local army unit during the day. The area was surrounded by fields and arable land and was located outside
a small village.
But instead of using the path - which would take me close to the dogs (who would then start barking) - I would
scramble up to the top of a cliff. I obviously had to take care climbing up, but also when I reached the top, because
sometimes a car would be parked close to the edge, so I had to carefully and slowly stick my head out for a quick
look first. Then there was something like a 5-minute walk until I got where I needed to be.
All that trouble just to capture sex sounds!

Got to agree with that sentiment, although your contributions have already been mega and also kept this section alive. Maybe greylockride can take over now?
Love your comments about braving firing ranges and cliffs to get captures

The bushwhacking and exploration for a good spot is part of the fun!

Re: Parked car
Member greylockride may not know it yet, but that could turn out to be a good spot for regular captures.
That couple were really going for it - an indication that they had visited for a session at least once before.

Love it. When the nights get warmer again, I will visit the lakes and try to capture new sounds

I'm thinking your full time job is an SAS operative. As much as I love your recordings, your stories of cliff climbing, scurrying around at night, and even setting up overnight tent camping to capture your sounds could fill a book.sndprv wrote: ↑15 Apr 2023 09:18It doesn't sound like a residential location to me. extreme and naughty, I dare not describe them here. (In fact, yeppie might even blow a gasket if he found out. )
