By any chance, did you use noise reduction, or some other effect on your file?

That's so strange, how do you do that ? Because the first recording is "normal" despite some noise.
No I don't use noise reduction or amplification, I mean I could really need a hand if someone know how to do it on my very first post, cause the sound is low and "distant" but I swear the moans were really intense and arousing when I recorded it

I have a USB recorder that has a built-in noise reduction chip, which I guess might help for recording interview or lectures where you are mostly are interested in a transcription. It always has this same psychedelic effect. The same with noise reduction in Audacity if you aren't tweaking it just right. My guess is that it was a silent feature in the app or recorder you used to record it. Oh, sometimes the way digital recorders pick up natural reverb sounds very similar. If that is the unedited file, I doubt anything we can do will help much. At least part 2 is clear, hot and awesome!

Stuff you hear with your own ears is always better than a recording from the same place. There's something about the way we are able to focus our attention to zoom in mentally on the things we are trying to hear that recorders just can't match. I swear the recording I made of my across the street neighbor sounded louder across the street drinking coffee with my wife than it did on a recording feet from their window.

You're right, attention does everything, it's like my senses were turned off and only audition was working, and my heart was pumping loud
