For this, the answers must be characters who have sex on or off screen during the movie or it's implied that they do. So yes to, say, Joseph Gordon Levitt and Zooey Deschanel in 500 Days of Summer but no to to Judi Dench and Daniel Craig in Casino Royale.

My first gut reaction answer is Bruce Wayne (Michael Keaton) and Vicki Vale (Kim Basinger) in Batman (1989).
