Yeah, he seems to be the quite arrogant type. He asks if she came, she says yes (even though it does not sound as if she really did), and he anwers "well, as I guaranteed you" in a very self admiring way

Wow really liked the description of the 2nd one. Long brown hair, black dress that fitted her well. No wonder he was dishing it out. I wonder what she wore on the second night. The British one the guy mentions

I only saw them after breakfast on the second day. She was then wearing a white top and grey soft trousers.
