Probably, Madrid is a very touristy city.

I can't confirm because I wasn't there and I never see the couples. I think one of the audios was French, at least in the hallway conversation there was a French-speaking couple.

In fact, as for the audios, I rarely listen to them again. What interests me most is what I call fishing. The excitement of finding something the first time I hear them, which is the most comparable to being in the hotel. Sometimes I listen to them again, but going straight to the interesting part has less value for me.
