Finishing 2023 for my neighbors, and starting the new year

So I have decided to do this series in groups of three, since my neighbors, as close followers will note, have a very high libido, and I frequently am able to catch them. This group has a perfect mix of their ongoings! I had two captures from before the holidays, and then they went on vacation for most of December and didn't return until the first weekend in January. I'm so sad that they were gone for the best sexy holidays of the year, but hopefully they were in an AirBnB next to one you.

This first file is far and away the poorest quality, but also my favorite. They are not in their bedroom, but she is loud enough that her voice carries up to my recorder none the less. It reminds me more of the first files I uploaded of them, when I was literally recording from across the street. I have fun imagining a scenario for this audio: the dryer is running, and their basement light is on (this much I knew). He was down stairs working out, she had just finished changing the laundry over. Her eyes fall on her man: the perfect V of his back, his muscles straining in his workout, his dark skin slick with sweat. She bites her lip, and can't resist interrupting him, throwing herself at him. He certainly welcomes it! You can hear their passion from her cries. At around 3:45, she runs into the bedroom, getting something before going back to the session. What does she get? A toy? Lube? A piece of outdoor gear for an improvised sex swing? What do you think? (whatever it is, it really gets her going.) This one just has my imagination run wild.

This one is a study in contrast. Rather than a wild late night, we have a calm and intimate morning. It starts with a morning wake up call, and some quick kisses that heat up fast. The clarity on this one is fantastic! You can hear a good bit of quiet foreplay before they really get loud, which is quiet an exciting development. I always hope for a little more in the way of build-up, but it doesn't often come through. Never the less, this won't be the most exciting audio for all, so I'll give a short version and a long version. Put on those headphones and prick those ears!

Fun fact here: while they are at it, their neighbor leaves her house to head to work. Not only did she pass their window, me and the wife were also going at it at the same time. I remember laughing to myself that she might be able to hear us. I had a bigger laugh when I checked the audio and realized we weren't the only ones. I found video of her reaction: (maybe)

This last one is on a rainy night, and the dripping of the downspouts gives it a bit of texture. This session seems more playful, and a little more laid back then many other times. The end has some really hot dirty talk before they cum.

Their neighbor makes another appearance on this one too! First, you hear her toilet flush (her bathroom window faces their bedroom window.) Next, she comes out on her porch and does the sort of time-wasting puttering tasks you do when you want to get a better listen in on someone. How do I know? I was on my porch, smoking for a suspiciously long time. I didn't hear much due to my next door neighbors heater, but it was worth it to see her go out on her porch the same way I would.

Here's hoping the rest of the year is as good as this first installment!

They didn't get us started. She can be loud, but hearing her through both windows being closed is asking a lot. Really, it was just a timing thing that turned out funny.

As for the neighbor, she is single, young and pretty. I have never seen a guy stay over, and closer observation revealed that she has great taste in music, tends to listen to big high fantasy audiobooks while showering, and watches a fair bit of anime. Some nerd's dream girl is just waiting there. Honestly, I'd like to talk to her more since listening in more closely, but I can't think of a non-creepy way to ask "Hey, what was that book you were listening to in the shower? It sounded like it had a really cool magic system?"

I am not positive, but she may lean towards a gf. There is a group of young women she goes out camping with on the regular. In any case my hope is to hear her hearing my other neighbors and enjoying it. Her bedroom is sadly out of easy hearing range, but sounds from her bathroom are picked up in the spot I have these recordings. The latest session from this pair has some sighs afterwards from there, but that might just be from the pleasant feeling of hot water.

Agree. If you're wishing to capture a crazy, "shock and awe" reaction... a "nerdy" girl is the ticket.
