Trouble with CC Bill

I have tried to pay for the subscription so I can access the archives to no avail. It says card declined on more than one card and information is correct. I don’t see anything with my card showing anything either. Is there a specific card needed to be used or is CC bIll having issues?

Thank you Daywalker24! CCBill is working fine but sometimes cards are declined, usually for a reason. I receive a notification email when this happens with a short explanation why. There were two notices for cards of yours and I will pm you the given explanations.

Neither card is full so I’m thinking it’s causing a red flag or something. Also I was doing it from my phone which may cause error. I’ll try again soon. Thanks!
