How to avoid Room service/ Maids during sex sound hunting?

Just wanted to see something so I'm gonna be traveling to Las Vegas next month not saying which hotel because I'm trying to keep it on the down-low to capture some sexy sounds.

So how do I go about avoiding maids or Room service during walks around certain floors and what are the usual times that maids stop doing their rounds when it comes to cleaning rooms?
