Thank you. Generally, I almost always start with foreplay. So that’s usually at minimum 30 mins, to ensure my partner is mentally into the session. If she can orgasm first, then great, but even if she doesn’t orgasm and just generally enjoys the kissing and caressing over her body and cunnilingus, makes for a better session.

As to my positions, really depends. It’s a good idea to find out what your partner likes so you can give that to them. When your partner is happy, you’ll be happy. I am a butt guy, so always have to do doggie, or woman laying on her stomach and I penetrate her that way. Is there an official name for that position? But there are women who have their own likes. So if someone loves doggie, then great. Makes two of us.

Some girls like to cowgirl or reverse cowgirl, so again I do try to let them get what they like first. Others like missionary. I will typically start any session with
1) foreplay
2)missionary and cowgirl as it allows for kissing
3)laying on stomach and penetrating that way as it allows for kissing
4)doggie
5)positioning my partner sideways, then penetrating. Think of the letter T.
