offline discussions? Anyway, El Ciego seems to be a nice and clever guy.
This may sound obvious, but the best places to hunt for sex sounds is where people are having sex.

Christmas Options

Post by Rograd »

First time poster, very long-term member of the community. This option comes with a disclaimer.. I'm not saying I've done this. :-) I'm just posting this for the sake of discussion.

Locate a target you really want to hear/see on a regular basis. There are a lot of clocks that look like your ordinary bedroom clocks that contain cameras and microphones. Buy one. Take it out of the box. Without any of the documentation, place it in a very fancy package. Just write out from Santa on a note. Buy a very nice card. Send it without a return address.

She get's a nice new bedroom clock from Santa, which is always a euphemism for aunts and uncles who prefer to remain anonymous. You get VERY nice quality sound/video.

hmmm... you might be on to something here.
What i'm wondering is, how do you collect the sounds once the clock is in her bedroom?

Most of these I've seen require a wired connection to video monitor/record and/or audio recorder. Some are sold with 800 MHz - 1.2 GHz short-range transmitters, but these are very, very expensive compared to the wired models. And, at least in my State, they are quite illegal for covert use.

Incidentally, teddy bears, smoke alarms, table lamps and many other "gifts from Santa" can be used to hide listening devices. Again, use as described would undoubtedly be illegal in most places.

However, I've often thought of equipping the guest bedroom of my house with such devices. Sc0tt, why not set up your guest room with more cleverly hidden, more permanently mounted microphones? Just a thought...

Then, An erotic book on the nightstand and a factory-wrapped vibrator left on the pillow as a gift might get my overnight female guests to think warm thoughts... haha!

In most situations it's illegal to "bug" people and I wouldn't do things like
that even if I could. But if my neighbors are loud, then it's their fault :P
Unfortunaley there's no sex in this house nowadays and I do not travel.
That's why I have no personal files myself and that's why you might think
that I'm talking about different stuff. It's still about sexsounds and it will
always be. I "survive" thanks to yeppie.org.

I know, because this came up when a friend of mine was convicted of invasion of privacy and sentenced to jail, that at least in my state the law makes it illegal to record, photograph or videotape anyone without their consent, unless the recording/filming was done from a public place, in a public place. That means, you could photograph a girl in a bikini on a public beach, but aiming the camera into her bedroom window would not.

Sound recording from outside is harder to prosecute. And, if you're making a recording in your home and sound is coming through the walls, you're legal.

I'm not sure about the situation in hotels/motels. I think recording from within your room (recording the couple in the next room banging), then it's okay.

"The couple in the next room is about to win a prize.
They've been going at it all night long.
I'm trying to get some sleep
But these motel walls are cheap.
Lincoln Duncan is my name and here's my song. Here's my song."

Simon & Garfunkel. Reprinted without permission.

The song I believe is called "Lincoln Duncan."

And I got the first line wrong... it should read,
"The couple in the next room is bound to win a prize"

"Me and Julio (Down by the Schoolyard)" is a Paul Simon tune after S&G broke up, from his album "There Goes Rhymin' Simon."

And yes, although there are other songs we could quote about listening to the sounds of love... I'm working on a discography!

That´s a great idea! Maybe we could sell a sampler,
listen to the sounds of love - 20 all time classics for audio voyeurs.

I'd love too. Theres two things that stop me:
1. money - lately, i'm always broke. I'd have to get a few quality recordings to make it worth it even if i had the money, but people don't crash here that often.
2. Location - I don't really have a guest room, people just sleep where they drop when they stay here, so the chances are I'd miss a lot of good footage.

Of course if I had a more perminant room and lived with people who had more guests to make it well worth the investment, you'd all be the first to know.

Sc0tt...

I guess it was just wishful thinking on my part. Sigh.

I've been online today, researching direct-to-pocket PC digital recording setups. Wow...for about $1500.00, one could record a decent quality stereo sound field for several hours. Depending on storage media, bitrate and resolution and whether the recording was in mono or stereo, you could record an ungodly amount of time. All it takes is money, I guess! Haha. (Me broke and deprived, too)!

Agreed. Which reminds me of a time I went for a stroll around a campsite one hot summer night and hearing some rather unrestrained sounds of passion emanating from one of the tents. Sadly I had no means of recording it available.

I guess most folk would try to keep the noise down in this sort of 'family' environment, but I reckon a determined audio voyeur could choose a target quite easily and slip a FM transmitter mike under a tent flap without too much danger?

No, once you've lifted the tent flap, you've invaded domicile. A shotgun mic from a few feet away would probably be harder to prosecute ("Actually Your Honor, I was trying to capture the sounds of night-flying birds...the sex sounds were recorded by accident. And Judge... I had no way of knowing it was your daughter...") Like that. LOL

As far as people in a family-friendly campground being more careful to suppress their love sounds... I think people get carried away by the moment. I had sex while camping a couple times, and believe me...

My arousal was in-tents.

eah, camping-grounds can be great.

I´ve been camping often in my younger days but the only audio voyeuristic moment I remember is only 2 or 3 years away. Maybe I wasn´t that attentive in the old days.

Anyway, the incident happened on a smaller german camping-ground that I visite with my neighbor and our kids for a weekend. There was a couple in a caravan (of love) right next to our place. If I remember it right, they only stayed for one night, maybe bringing the caravan back home for the winter (this happened in autumn).

The neighbor and me sat in front of our tent, having a chat, kids were sleeping. Suddenly I noticed the caravan making slight rhytmic moves that soon became heavier, accomplished by moans, then grunting noises (him) and screams of pleasure (her).

Boy was I aroused by this event. Even more I felt abgry that I couldn´t record those two. I had my mp3 recorder with me but with my neighbor around, I couldn´t start it without confessing my hobby.
He first tried to ignore the sounds and later said something like "how can they do that?" to express his (alleged?) disfavour. Poor boy ;-(
