Different way on how to pay for the archive?

I used to be able to subscribe to the archive on a different account (lost my old information) via ccbill SEPA option i believe but they arent using SEPA anymore for over a year now (even though its still an option when trying to pay. It just gives an error). The only way on how to pay for it is Creditcard now and i dont have any. WOuld it be possible to add a different payment option?

SEPA seems to be working as there always are a few subscriptions this way ... I will investigate when I'm home tomorrow.

Paypal is another alternative for those without credit card.
