Would you rather know or not know what people look like?

A lot of people here ask for descriptions when recordings are uploaded. Others even ask for pictures. I personally would rather not know what people look like. I don't mind descriptions like short, tall, blonde, red-head, big boobs, age, etc..but generally I think it is best not to know because it can sometimes ruin or reduce my enjoyment. I've seen people describe women as unattractive, and stuff like that, which is something I'd rather not know.

Pictures more than descriptions can really ruin it if I'm not attracted to the woman. Beauty is as much subjective as it is objective. Many of you may find a woman hot that others simply won't. Of course, if the descriptions and pictures are hot to me, it can definitely increase my enjoyment, but I'd rather not know. When I fap to sex sounds, imagining having sex with people, whether it's people I met, or celebrities, makes it feel way more real than doing the same thing watching porn.

When I hear my neighbors fuck, I don't know which neighbors it is, and I don't know what they look like. If I knew what they looked like, and the woman was unattractive to me, their sex sounds would suddenly no longer be attractive. At least that's what I suspect. I've never tested this theory.

I like context such as: it's as the uploader recorded his roommate, or it's a couple having an affair, that makes it hotter. But what people look like is mostly not necessary for me.

I agree, descriptions of the parties involved doesn't really matter to me, I think not knowing what someone looks like adds the whole 'thing' of the sounds. I totally get why some people would want to have a description and also provide one, but for me it's not a necessity

My suspicion is that the people who want descriptions find the sounds super hot, and are getting their hopes up by asking for them, because they believe such sexy sounds must come from someone super attractive, and they would like the uploader to confirm it.

However, there have been a few times when I have noticed the couple walk into the room next to mine. Fortunately on those few occasions the woman has been rather attractive to me. You're talking about the scenario where you hear it first hand. If she is attractive, of course, it increases how much I am into the sounds. If she isn't though, it could ruin it. When you hear it first hand, you can go out of your way to not know what the woman looks like, but still inevitably find out by accident because it's your neighbor.

But when you're listening to other people's recordings, it should be easy not to know. Yet, so many people ask, and because it's a common frequent ask, many uploaders share the description preemptively.

One of my neighbors was fucking just now. I wasn't ready. Unfortunately, the sound is too faint for a recorder. This makes me wonder if I should buy equipment for next time.

Well, I'm a very imaginative person by default, so I really, really enjoy fantasizing and imagining all the little details... Usually I'd rather not know what people look like, just because my mind does all the hard work and I like filling in the blanks ^w^ Although there's something nice about knowing it, but that's a totally different kind of arousal for me.

I would say no, although I just caught my neighbor having sex a few weeks ago. I know what she looks like and she's hot . But otherwise, I'd rather not know. Rather use the imagination.

Side note, I do have a recording of it. Just got to get around to posting it.

Very interesting question and one I have thought about a lot. First and foremost I have been voyeuristic all my life, even form an early age. I love seeing and hearing things I'm not supposed to and in some cases that's non-sexual, but the majority of my experiences have been visual.

I do like reading the descriptions, but admit that sometimes they do put me off listening, so I choose what for me is the best of both worlds. I do this by downloading and not listening for quite a while. At the moment I have over 100 SSL files in a folder to listen to. I listen when I have time and for example, yesterday I listened to over 10, so had no memory of any descriptions and totally used my imagination.

I do admit that in a few cases where the description ticks a certain box for me I do add that to the file name, but not in the majority of cases. Also, sometimes if I listen to a catch and really enjoy it, curiosity might get the better of me and I re-visit that post if it's still available, to see if there is a description, but not often.

The story of the listener is not the same as the description, at least not in this context. In my original post, when I asked this question, what I meant by description is physical description. But if you widen it to providing context as to who the people are, then sure. I separate the two. It's amazing how the context of a recording can make you feel a certain way about it. When I read stories about affairs, it weirdly turns me on even more. I am sure that if you gave the same recording to two different people, but you told one it was an affair between a married hotel manager and her employee, but told the other that it was a married couple, reactions would not to be the same. I am planning to share an affair recording soon. Not something I recorded, but I gem I found that AFAIK has not been shared here.
