Unexpected Monday - Neighbors sounds

This was recorded on Monday (really unexpected because of the hour and the day).
The problem is the amount of wind across the hall (I cannot approach it because of the security cameras in the hall, also I'm not sure from which apt it came, so I don't have info on the couple).

Anyway, there are some agreeable parts across the file.
