Backyard, weekend guests in the neigborhood

My house has this big backyard. And it's a big building, I don't even know most of the people here. But this couple I could see this weekend was new - I think they were visitors or maybe airbnb guests. They had sex close to a window so it was possible to see a bit. He's a black guy, quite muscular, bald head, around 40 I would guess. She might be younger, small, red hair, beautiful. I have two short recordings I made at my window, about ten meters away from theirs (wich was not tighly closed). The first is in the afternoon, the second one around midnight later that same day. You will hear other sounds, especially in the daytime recording, from other neighbors, doors creaking, conversation, etc.

I was thinking of sneaking around near some Airbnb places myself now that the warm weather is here.

Sometimes there are some areas where there are several of them concentrated on a single road. The big
giveaway is the rubbish/trash left outside these addresses, i.e. not properly bagged and just dumped in
messy heaps. You'll also see bottles of alcoholic drinks on the pavements, cigarette butts, etc. - signs of
partying.
