I heard them as soon as l arrived on the 12th floor through the stairs. The people in the room right next were obviously hearing it too and were making a lot of noise but luckily it didn't affect the recording much. Gap under the door was huge so it's as though my phone was in the room with them.
They were really into it... enjoy
Edit: the next night l stayed up till 2am but without any luck. At 04.15 l was woken up by a (drunk) couple entering 2 rooms next door and being very loud. When l heard her shouting from the room l realised this was only a matter of time so l woke myself up, got dressed and got to record the following....

OK. The first was was young folks getting their groove on. Really nice! The drunk one was great, don't get me wrong, but funny. This woman can take it, no doubt. But by being drunk, her senses were all over and dude knew that and handled business. It was funny and great at the same time.
