Unfortunately that is absolutely impossible. Lurking around in the hallway would bear such a high risk of getting caught (or at least to appear "suspicious" to the house community) that I am not willing to try that. Automated lights, see-through glass doors, nosey neighbours... sorry.

honestly speaking - I do like the distant sounds more than being totally in the middle.
I think it's more realistic voyeurism if it's more distant ... so no worries on my side - I do like it.

I do like the more distant sounds better too, although thisone could 've been a bit louder. Great recording though, you must have been well chuffed when it happended.

Here's another vote for the longer, distant captures. Has a sound of realism to it, as if there is absloutely nothing being staged. I know this site is sensitive about having too much conversation in a capture, but I love it when they're chatting, laughing and going crazy.
