Sounds from my left side neighbours

The next apartman to mine was an office earlier.
But they left on the last week and sold the flat to somebody.
The new neighbours moved in today.
During packing they had a tea pause.
Or not only it?

Record made with my cellphone's sound recorder.
I put it down to the table, next to the wall and push it it's microphone hole to wall to contact it.

The street was very busy. The record is very noisy.

I was look out my window when they left their new home.
Male: about mid of thirties, approx. 190 cms tall, 85-90 kgs.
Brown hair, wearing glasses, sporty body.
Female: about mid of thirties, approx. 180 cms tall, 60-65 kgs.
Brown hair. Pretty. Definitely pretty.
