Hello!
During yet another mostly-fruitless Google search for sound files (Is it just my poor searching skills, or is there in fact a terrible dearth of sound files on the Internet?) I stumbled across this community. It looks like a good place, and thankfully free of ubiquitous popups and flashing ads. I look forward to membership here.

Nope, its not just your searching, there just isn't many places like this.
Anyway have a look around and get a feel for the place. If you want to tell us about what sounds you've got there or what you're looking for we'd love to hear it, and the same goes for any questions too obviously.
