Last week I was travelling through France on a business trip when I ended up in an old, small hotel in the centre of Lyon. Since I was quite exhausted I had an early stop and decided to go to sleep at around 22h already. Since the hotel was quite old, the sound insulation between rooms and between the room and the corridor was very poor. At around 300h in the morning I got woken up by the neighbors of the room opposite to mine arriving at their room. Although I could not see them, I could make up from their voices and talks it must have been a French couple in their mid to late twenties. I could hear their conversations very well, even when they got into their room and I got curious about their next ´steps´. I decided to stay awake and listen to their activities. It took about an hour for the real action started. During that time I heard the couple having some serious chats followed by one of them taking a shower (the latter always being a good sign some bed room action may follow). I was right, shortly after the shower stopped, I suddenly heard some soft moans coming from the other side of their door. I took my phone, started recording and listened from my room to the couple in the room opposite the small hallway, leaving my own door open. There was some other traffic in the hotel during that time of the early morning so I had to close my door one, two times during the recording to ensure I wasn´t caught red handed. However the recording I managed to take, covers the action of the 2 young french guests slowly building to her climax. I hope you enjoy, I certainly did.....

This is a great recording. And this hotel sounds like collection heaven given poor insulation and noise everywhere.

If it isn't too risky, try placing the mic on the bottom where the door gap is. I reckon you could practically be in the room like that.
