Disappointing finish

Not sure the story on this one. I think this apartment is 2 guys sharing, so either one is out of town, or the room mate has changed. Heard a lot of laughing coming from their place on Saturday night by a female, so figured I'd try and see if anything was going on. Not an easy place to get to near their window, so recorder is on a wall in among some bushes about 5 feet away.
Split this into 2 files, the first is a lot of talking, possibly foreplay, and I suspect maybe different neighbors at the begining, but can't really tell very much due to the background noise. My highlights:

File 1 (20170730 010000.mp3)

00:02 - 01:00 First moans right at the beginning, though I think this might be neighbors based on how clear some of the other sounds are (See note 3)
01:00 - 02:00 Airplane noise and then some talking going on. Some dog barks, and other general noise
02:20 - 02:30 Not sure what was being discussed, but a nice audible use of the word "shit". Compare the clarity with the beginning sounds
03:00 - 05:30 More talking, including a couple of cute giggles that got me interested
05:30 - 08:00 'Slapping' sounds, but don't sound like they are human skin. Not sure what's going on during this period, but possibly foreplay?

The 2nd file (20170730 013000.mp3) is much better, but damn the end is disappointing:

00:05 - 04:30 Nice gasp to start off the session, then lots of nice little moans and gasps. Hopefully the Tinder date comes back again
04:30 - 05:30 Builds up a bit, she seems to be enjoying it, so I'm thinking she is being eaten well
05:30 - 06:30 Really nice moans at the beginning, was hoping for a lovely finish from her after this, but...
06:30 - 06:55 The worst sound ever recorded - They closed the window! Unfortunately, these windows are really good at preventing sound escaping. There are 2 noises like banging in the middle that I left in, then the window opening again at 06:55. The total time between window close and window open was actually 10 minutes, but the 2 thumps were the only sounds heard.

So promising when I was going through this, only to be defeated at the end

I will have to listen and give my thoughts but when you say "disappointing finish" I had to laugh.

Sounded like a football commentator after a player was 1 on 1 with the keeper and shot it way wide.

Listened over lunch - I thought this was brilliant! Loved those fetching squeals she makes in the second.

Don't give up on them..bet someday they get ripping drunk and forget about the window....and you will be there

What a fucked up ending. And what kind of a person is thinking about the window when he has a naked female under him? Urg. But thank you for sharing it with us, and I agree with gekko, at some point they will get carried away and you will get them.

@physicist - Had been watching my fair share of football and F1 this weekend, so I guess I was in commentators mood when I wrote that lol. It's either 1 on 1, or he's already rounded the goalkeeper, open net from 6 yards out and somehow puts it over that bar!!!

I'm really hoping that she was a new room mate so that there will be repeats. If not, hopefully he's going to be pretty active on Tinder for the rest of the time that his actual room mate is away. I'm curious about who the first couple were in the first recording as well, maybe they are more active. If I can figure who they are, I can possibly find a better position to record from, but there are a lot of 2nd story apartments as well.
