The max file size is 8 MB. Of course, if you've got a really long recording, you could split it across multiple files and post it that way.
Depending on what gear you used to record it, you might want to convert your recording to mp3 to get the file size down. As a nudge in the right direction I'd suggest working somewhere around 64 kb/s at 44.1 KHZ unless you've got something thats a real beauty or you're working in stereo. Just remember to use your ears... you dont wanna lose too much quality.
If you need any advice, just give us a shout and let us know more about what you're working with there. And of course, if all the techie stuff leaves you out of your depth, there's usually a few members willing to help out and work on files on your behalf. Don't worry they're a trustworthy bunch, so you'll still get the credit.
Lookin forward to hearing what you've got ...

I use a Samsung 512MB MP3 Player - YPT7JX
On the highest setting.
I have a 67MB file that I need to split.
A 47MB file as well and a 27MB one.

First 10 Minutes
I did not start recording until I knew they did not mind or forgot they were loud enough for me to hear. I did manage to capture when she in spanish said "It tells how. it tells how how right there." I will assume she was referring to condom instructions. Who knows. The moans are far in between. A lot of hiis noise. I know think I know what to do. Put a pillow behind the door so that my rooms window does not provide outside noise. The MP3 is on the floor right by the door crack. It from across the room. Their door has a bigger crack (space) at the bottom.

congrats on the first post... this one is a beauty!!
Just a few pointers that might help. If you encoded these into mp3 yourself, there's a few settings you could change to keep the quality of your files high but reduce the filesizes a lot. For files like this, there's absolutely no point in them being encoded as stereo. If you can switch your encoder to mono, it'll halve the size of the file instantly and you won't lose a thing sound-wise. Also, not sure exactly what files your player puts out, but unless you're sure it records at 32000 HZ as the mp3 is, you might want to try switching your encoder to 41000 HZ to see if that sounds any different.
There is a lot of hiss true, but this really isn't your fault... every mp3 player I've ever heard has this problem when you record from the inbuilt mic, until you spend some serious money on a higher quality device like an Edirol or Maudio unit. Thing is, they're not the type of recorders you'd want to be caught with or have stolen on the job in a motel, so I wouldn't recommend it.
You've done a fantastic job on these dude, keep it up and I can't wait for the rest. Are the other files you mentioned of the same couple? She sounds hot!

Same couple.
This is my first Motel recording it is an hour long. Maybe there is another good twenty minutes of her moans but far in between and some noise when I re-adjust the player on the floor.
I do have personal ones (2) with my lady. Those are very good. recorded with the same MP3 player on the night stand. She does not know about my secret.
Let me work on a sample of those.
Here it is.

Nice one!! its great to see someone posting files where you can hear what the people are like when they're not screwing... make it more real.
I'm really surprised you got recordings this good out of a Samsung man. The YP series player I tried out sounded like total shit. Maybe they've upped their game, or I had a dodgy player... whatever it is yours sounds pretty sweet.
Personally, I can't wait to hear the rest of that motel recording... its just what I'm in too. I like the long files with gaps in the action because its more like being there at the time, but if you want a hand editing out the gaps for the less patient amongst us just shout.
Keep it up ... this is really cool stuff so far!
