Dutch couple in a tent

Post by findu »

Ok guys, not posted anything for a little while but I do have a couple captures to share.

In August we went back to Netherlands and stayed at a bungalowpark for a week. Just like last year we stayed overnight at a hotel in Dunkirk for a night while traveling, and again I managed to get some recordings from that night. Will post that at some point in the hotel section soon.

This however was the 1st night here at the park. It had lots of bungalow style units but also loads of tents and caravans.

While we were at the front bit where all the activities are like indoor pool, restaurant and the lot, I noticed 2 volkswagen golfs pull up and a hot milf getting out. Fit body, probably early thirties or maybe even late 20s, and a geezer was driving the other golf. They had a baby >1 with them too.

Doing my first round later that evening I found their cars by a big rented tent so I planted a recorder at the back. Attached is the result.

This is a typical case of YES, NO, YES! Why, because it starts raining as they start and it is absolutely hosing it down by the time they have their loudest moments too. As soon as she comes, the rain disappears too.. So this really influences the recording. Having said that, maybe she dared to get a lot louder because of the privacy the rain has given them? She does get quite audible considering they don't want to wake up the baby or neighbouring tent, so all in all really a worthwhile recording.

Went back several nights after but never got anything. Also lost a recorder under their tent later in the week. Completely disappeared so maybe the flashing light gave it away?

Thanks for sharing. A pity about the rain, but as you say, a worthwhile recording.

Don't apologize - could hear her perfectly well.

What is sexier than a girl having sex with rain in the background?

As sexy
- shower/tub splashing
- fireplace popping and crackling
- crickets and other wildlife
- football game on TV
- babies crying and/or loud dog barking constantly (whoops - skip this one!)

Sorry to hear that you lost a recorder. That sucks. Any light really stands out if you are in the woods under a canopy of trees. It gets really dark. Definitely put some tape over the LED's if you are going to play outside.

A funny story about that from my college days...

The college that I went to owned a lake on a bunch of land outside of town, and I would send my summers in the woods there in my tent. I got a stipend for school and that continued over the summer as long as I was enrolled for the next semester so I got this brainchild idea to put my stuff in a friends basement and go live in the woods rent free for the summer months. This lake was a popular party spot and I made a real nice place for myself, not much better to do. I always had crowds at my site on the weekends and it would be quiet for the rest of the week. Nice lifestyle really.

Anyway, one night it was raining like crazy out, and under the trees it is hard to tell when it stops as they catch a lot of it, and than drip it down on you for hours after it stops. My fire was out and it was pitch black outside except for little patches of moonlight light that filtered down between the tree leaves. Or so I thought. Until the wind picked up and the trees started shaking but the spots were not moving. Hmm. I wanted til the wind died down as it was blowing a lot of water out of the trees and went out and poked one of the spots, and it moved. WTF? It turned out that it was nothing but a rotting piece of tree bark. It turns out there are a lot of bioluminescent fungus's and I had found one. The spots stopped glowing a day or so after it dried up and never glowed again while I was there.

Reggind you troll,

I read that story 'till the very end expecting some hot couple getting it on near the lake... imagine my disappointment when I read about the bio-luminescent fungus...

great catch, I like it a lot. Very clear despite the rain... which also stopped at the right moment :-)

I caught one couple getting it on in a tent one summer, and it was not the couple that I thought I was going to catch. The hottest action I ever heard out there was in the middle of the night I heard people splashing around in the water and than the sound of a rowboat on the water. I crept my way to a secluded part of the shore and they really went at it in the rowboat for about 15 minutes. I don't think they realized that sound carries really well over water, and it was a still night. It could not have been real comfortable but from what I heard they made the most out of it.

The other tent couple was mostly just the rhythmic rustling of sleeping bags on the nylon of the tent and a little gasp and moan at the end. Not what I would consider hot sex. The rowboat couple, they were pretty darn hot.

A fox recently snaffled one of my USBs. No way was it spotted and taken by a person; I'd hidden it inside a clump of
grass - so I now only hide them inside small bushes. I've had an animal (probably a fox) mess with one before - it left
four small bite marks on either side of it, but dropped it about a metre from where I had placed it (in grass). It still
worked but the drive was a bit damaged, so that any future recordings always had these annoying noise spikes.

I use either the EVISTR or Best Voice Recorder USBs, which don't have any flashing lights, apart from the first few seconds
when you switch them on. However, if you leave them out exposed in heavy rain they tend to go a bit gaga or just cease to
work anymore, in which case the light comes on and stays on until the battery finally dies.

That is too funny having a critter take your USB. I never had electronics messed with by critters. Out in the woods I had raccoons get into my candy bars, at some point I may elaborate on that. Racoons are crafty little shits. Even if that USB recorder was messed up, it has a really cool story behind it.

As far as water messing the USB's up there are 3 things you can try, though it may not be worth is depending on the cost of the device.

Among the many things I like to do, I enjoy baking sourdough bread. I live in an old drafty house. If I lit a candle in the living room and the wind blows hard outside, the flame will flicker, it is that drafty. It is also cold in the winter. Years back I built a proofing box which is just a wooden box big enough for 3 2 pound bread pans to fit in and about 10" of top clearance and a metal grate snipped out of and old fridge or something, and an incandescent light bulb under that, with a $10 eBay digital temperature set point controller on it. It works great for letting bread rise in the cold weather when set to about 85 degrees.

I soon found that I use it for all sorts of other stuff too. Drying out electronics among them. I have a big bag full of silica gel packets I put in there annog with the wet electronic device and it does a great job drying it out. If it got wet with relatively clean water.

If something gets fed a drink that is not water the best bet is to keep it in water, fully submerged, until you can rinse it off thoroughly with lots of clean water and than dry it in the low heat proofer. Drying time can be a week or longer. It is a slow process.

If it is an expensive device you may wanna buy a couple gallons of distilled water and put as little as you can get away with in a bucket or what not and swish the piece off with fresh doses of that many times before drying it.

And last, I have not tried this but if it is something that alcohol will not attack that may be a good last thing to swish it in. Let it air dry until most of the volatile fumes have evaporated and than put it in the dryer.

I have had really good results. The key is not letting anything nasty dry out in the innards. Keep it fully wet until you can swish it out good.

You'll be surprised at the number and variety of creatures that take an interest in them. When I listen to the recordings
after leaving my devices out for the night, I hear all kinds of animals that have been sniffing and scratching them, not to
mention all the insects that have been crawling on them. At this time of year the foxes here will put anything in their mouths.

The USB with the bite marks made some decent close-up recordings at a great site during the summer (I haven't uploaded
these yet), where a badger charged at me like a torpedo through the undergrowth. When I moved my feet a bit, it turned
around and sped off...fortunately!

Yeah, the silica gel idea for drying sounds good. But I don't think there's much I can do about eliminating scents on the devices,
or adding a scent that will put off the animals. The devices will be bathed in my own scent by the time I've transported them
to the location anyway. What I could try, I suppose, is rubbing them on a leaf or some grass just before dropping them off.

If you use them outside in damp climates, you're immediately and significantly shortening their life spans anyway, especially
if those slugs have been crawling all over them.
