Walking by, listening to random neighbours

So I was walking down the street, when my ear caught some interesting sounds. I know it's not the best quality and it's short. What is more there's this damned dog barking but here it goes. I hope you enjoy.
Ps. Is there a way to somehow reduce the barking noise and amplify the main theme of the file?

No this is not a usb drop, you are clearly standing there with your own dog, probably recording with a phone?

Usb drop material though; buy 2 of them and every evening get there in time and plant a recorder to be picked up either at 1AM/2AM or the next morning.
