Let me introduce myself a little, I'm French (plenty of those around here already
) and I discovered this forum a few months ago through Reddit, and I've been hooked ever since. I will spare you the details of my perverted journey, but thanks to you guys I went from regular joe fapping to regular porn, to full blown pervert trying to catch my neighbors in the act 
I live in a building with a good amount of couples and students, so I should have plenty of opportunities to catch some action. The thing is, I'm a coward, and so far the most risky stuff I did was going out in my corridor, staying close to my door in case someone came in, and hoping for the best. Didn't work out
So I decided to see if I could catch some saiks sounds by having my phone recording on my kitchen window. I know for a fact that the windows in this building aren't very soundproof, and if there was a screamer in a bedroom somewhat near my apartment, my phone would surely pick it up.
For some context, I live on the ground floor, and I'm pretty sure the couple I recorded tonight are the neighbors of my upstairs neighbors. I hate these guys, they are obnoxious cunts that aren't aware (or don't care) of their noise output (such as partying till 4am on a weekday, with shit music and opened windows).
However tonight it worked in my favor, as they (well, she, really) fucked without a care in the world, not even bothering to close their blinds. I'm finally getting something out of their overall rude behavior. In hindsight I should have seen it coming, loud in life, loud in the bedroom?
I'm going to upload 2 files. On the first one, I amplified the sound, reduced the noise a little, and cut out the parts with loud cars or motorcycles. Not sure if I did a good job or not. Thus, the second file is the raw audio without any tinkering, for the power users here that want to do their own cleanup.

0:06 - first moan
3:56 - weird squeaky noise, probably not from them (some kind of truck or something that I cut off from the clip)
4:15 - me coming in to check if anything was happening (very lucky, I could have missed it entirely and would have had to listen to one hour of random outside noises)
4:40 - getting louder
5:50 - I think the girl came here, she is shouting "putain ouais", which means "fuck yeah", and then the session dies off after that
It's not a great recording, but considering I was completely grasping at straws, I'm happy I got something serviceable.
Now for my next move, since I'm on the ground floor, I have access to the shared garden of my building. And since there is no lights outside, it's pretty easy to sneak up under their window at night. Which means that I've bought a 3 meters selfie stick to get my phone as close as possible, for maximum quality recording. I can probably even do it through my bedroom window without having to actually step outside.
I'm also thinking about filming them from a safe distance, but I doubt I will have the balls to do it (and I would have to keep the video to myself anyway)
