Quiet neighbors first post

Alright so here's the thing, I've been paying attention to my neighbors to record something but they are always too quiet. Luckily this time i got something, its not much since for some reason the moans were for an instant and then i could not hear any more, unfortunately it seems they just finished when i noticed.
Some nights i hear some banging or pounding but no moans and i really think if its really them or something else entirely. If it is who i think it is, she is a curvy, dark skinned woman with curly hair.
If i get lucky ill post more some time.

How you record, decent quality

Since i dont do this like many others here, i dont have any kind of microphone. I just put my phone as far as i can out the window and thats it.
