Do you remember where you found this one?

First time I came across this was at Youtube, but it was removed there after some time. Then, using google, it could be found on 1 or 2 other sites, don't really remember which ones. The last site it was active on, was a site where one could upload mobile phone recordings. The download is from there, before it was gone there as well. Downloaded it back in Februari 2015, can't really remember the exact name of the site. All I remember is, it appeared to be a German site or a lot of Germans just happened to post there.
