Neighbours with the window open - Seeking clean-up

So first off, an admission - I'm a long-time lurker and have never posted a recording here before. In fact, I'm new to the recording thing full stop - hence this recording was made on a mobile phone rather than a dedicated recording device, and the quality isn't brilliant. Unfortunately it sounded to me like they'd stopped, and it was only when I later checked the recorder that it seemed they may well have still been going at it. Amateur...

I suspect there's scope to clean up the sound and having mucked around with the equalizer on the m4a file I'm pretty sure there's some good stuff in there. Without wanting to seem like a total noob I wondered if anyone had the time and inclination to run this through some software, see if there's anything worth uncovering? I'd love to hear a "clean" version and don't have the skill to pull it off.

So to the recording itself - this was towards the end of summer, and I knew my upstairs neighbour and her boyfriend were in. Their sex I can hear vividly from below; normally creaking floorboards, bedposts, that sort of thing, but occasionally they have sex on the floor and I can hear a lot of detail.

On this day they had their windows open, as did I, and I was sitting on my laptop when I heard some suspicious sounds. I was right to be curious, and grabbed my phone to make a hasty recording... There's a lot of moaning and pounding throughout, but I've pulled out some key points from the 6-minute recording below.

0:55 - Sounds like "Oh fuck, oh fuck, oh fuck, ohhh"
01:05 - Pounding and both male and female moans
02:20 to 03:40 - Loads of moans and pounding. Note there's a dog barking just before the three minute mark (and again a little later), but it's easily distinguishable as just that
04:40 onwards - Sounds like high pitch moans in here and some pounding. Possibly an orgasm from the 5 minute mark, but hard to tell.

So i tried to clean it. There is not very much to get out of this file. I couldnt make out any talks at all.
I cut away the start an the end of the file and amplified it. Then i ran it through the noise reducer. I think one could try to play a little with the settings, but basically this is the most you can get out it think.

Also grateful to emmpet8 for a further attempt (that I cannot yet acknowledge by DM!) - attached. Appreciate both your efforts! With headphones or putting the phone speaker up close to your ear, they bring out more of the moans. It's not a winner, but there's some nice sounds of pleasure in there.

Sadly the boyfriend hasn't been around much and in any case, they only had the one session I know of with the windows open. That was in the middle of the afternoon in September and I had to be discrete with phone placement to avoid any passers by noticing. The phone was positioned slightly out of my open window but it was always a bit of a long shot.
