First poor neighbor record

Hello, this is my first record. the audio is very poor.
If someone can improove the audio.

Sorry for the poor quality, but i can't identify which neighbor is it for a best recording

Thanks very much for capturing this and sharing it with us. You weren't kidding when you said the sound quality wasn't very good. I've had a go at trying to improve it, with some N.R. and also evened out the volume where the original suddenly gets much louder at 6.50. Hope it might help a bit.

That rare situation when it's just hard to listen the original file, but NR makes it possible. Still, it's better to catch such sound than nothing. And I bet in real life it was quite exciting for you!
