You will find that she is very expressive - a true French screamer - and you will hear the man cum at the end.

I tried to improve the sound by playing with noise reduction and equalizers. It seems to me that it is better than my previous posts although there is a little distortion sometimes. You'll tell me what you think about it.

I understand your concern about the risk of concealing a recorder in the hallway, and don't wish to put any pressure on you about it, but since you seemed to consider it and I'm sure it would give you even better results (you'd never miss any part), here's an humble idea : do you think you could put something in the hallway that could hide the device, but without putting the device in at first ? A plant, an umbrella holder... Then you let it sit there for some time, see if someone touches it or reacts to it (loveroom users, others neighbours, owner of the loveroom...). And only if you feel the cover is now in place and doesn't draw attention anymore do you start using it to hide the device...

Thank you Marouflard for your comment and this idea. In theory, it is possible. The problem is that the building is very old: the hallways and the stairwell are narrow and If I place an object in these places, it may interfere with the passage. A neighbour, a few months ago, had left a child's bike there (therefore very small) and we all received a message from the condominium to remind us not to leave objects in the hallways for 'accessibility and security reasons' (!). Well...
I can't hang anything on the walls either because that's also forbidden by the house rules. In short, I don't really have any options and I regret it, believe me.

Here is the twelfth recording:

I have little to say about this one: I guess it was an illegitimate afternoon romp. They arrived Thursday around 3 p.m., left shortly after 6 p.m. but did not return afterwards. A rather calm and quiet fuck. Unfortunately, once again, I had to stop recording prematurely because the stairwell light came on and people were coming downstairs.

I had just enough time to see them through my window when they left: an elegant couple, maybe 40-50 years old. Him: brown hair, a few extra pounds, rather tall. Her: long blonde hair, fur coat, skirt and boots.

Please do not hesitate to leave a like, or better a comment: it helps me to know if you find the recordings nice, to improve the capture... Thanks in advance!

As I explained it previously, I can hardly get closer to the door. Indeed, the floor of the corridor is wooden and it can crack a lot. And it is obvious that if the occupants of the love room don't make too much noise, they can hear these cracks perfectly well - I can hear them from my room with my door closed as well.
This is why I always stay at a certain distance and that I record only when the couple is in action. In this way, I am sure I am safe.
I would really like to be able to record more and closer but, in this context, it is very risky.

It might sounds crazy, but how about a really long selfie stick?

You said the door was 8 meters away from yours, so shaving 3 meters off is significant, especially depending on how far you go on your own. However it's not easy to remove quickly in a tight space without banging on everything, so I guess it depends on how much time you have between the first sign that people are coming and them being able to see you.
